Everything you need to know before your visit.

We recommend a dental checkup and cleaning every 6 months for most patients. Patients with active gum disease, high cavity risk, or orthodontic treatment may need more frequent visits — your dentist will advise you specifically.

Call us immediately on +91-98765-43210. For knocked-out teeth, keep the tooth moist (in milk or saliva) and see us within 30 minutes for best chances of reimplantation. For severe toothache or swelling, come in on the same day — we reserve emergency slots every day.

ou can book online through the appointment form on our website, call us at +91-98765-43210, or WhatsApp us. We also accept walk-ins subject to availability. For same-day appointments, calling is faster.

Absolutely! We offer 0% interest EMI for 3, 6, 9, and 12 months through HDFC Bank, Bajaj Finserv, and other NBFCs. Down payment and terms vary. Speak to our reception team to check eligibility.

Yes, dental X-rays involve very minimal radiation — far less than a chest X-ray. We use modern digital sensors that reduce radiation by up to 80% compared to traditional film X-rays. Lead aprons are provided as standard practice. The diagnostic benefit far outweighs the negligible risk.

Yes, we work with most major health insurance providers. We accept cashless treatment for empanelled insurers. Please bring your insurance card and pre-authorization letter if required. For non-empanelled plans, we provide detailed bills for reimbursement claims.

The Indian Dental Association recommends a first dental visit when the first baby tooth appears, or by age 1 — whichever comes first. Early visits establish good habits, allow us to monitor development, and help children feel comfortable with dental care from a young age.

Brush after every meal using a soft brush and fluoride toothpaste. Use interdental brushes to clean around brackets and under wires. Floss with a floss threader or water flosser daily. Avoid sticky and hard foods. Come in for regular cleanings every 3 months during orthodontic treatment

Use a soft-bristled brush at a 45-degree angle to the gumline. Brush in gentle circular motions for 2 minutes — twice a day. Don't brush too hard (it damages enamel and gums). Replace your brush every 3 months. Electric toothbrushes are more effective and we highly recommend them.

Stick to soft, cold foods for 24 hours — yogurt, ice cream, mashed dal, banana, and khichdi. Avoid hot, spicy, or hard foods for 48–72 hours. Do not use a straw (suction can dislodge the clot). Do not rinse forcefully for 24 hours. Gentle warm saltwater rinses from day 2 help healing.
